MRI VR Training

DTRIP4H-project aims to revolutionise health paradigms

DTRIP4H (Enabling Decentralised Digital Twin Era in existing Research Infrastructures for Predictive, Preventive, Personalised, and Participatory Health) is a Horizon Europe project that aims to develop seven innovative health-related proof of concept use cases. These entities address the needs of the research community, SMEs and industrial end-users by creating new solutions using digital twins. The project consortium consists of 26 different organisations.

FrostBit is participating in the project by designing and implementing a realistic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) environment digital twin with various stakeholders, which will be utilized in a virtual reality multiplayer MRI environment safety training. Based on the material and feedback provided by experts, an immersive MRI visualization will be built, where professionals can safely familiarize themselves with, practice and review procedures in the MRI environment, and receive information about the potential risks and effects of exposure to electromagnetic fields.
