Sustainable and humane working life with AI

Reacting to the rapid development of AI in workplaces

The KITT project of the Valo-Valmennusyhdistys and Lapland UAS aims to develop new, artificial intelligence -based operating methods that increase the attraction and retention power of jobs, support employees’ resources and well-being at work, and extend working careers. The development of AI applications is progressing rapidly, and the project helps organizations understand this development and implement new solutions as appropriate.

FrostBit’s Web and Mobile Team coordinates the project implementation, develops and tests the generative AI operating model, evaluates its impacts in companies, and ensures the ethics, well-being at work perspectives, and communication of the project results. The tasks include:

  • Mapping the current state of AI and analyzing development needs
  • Development, testing, co-development, and piloting of the operating model
  • Assessment and consideration of ethical and well-being perspectives at all stages
  • Implementation of QWL measurements and analysis of well-being at work data

The project’s final results will provide companies with a clear and comprehensive picture of the current use of generative artificial intelligence and identify key development needs. KITT will test and apply a scalable operating model for the responsible use of artificial intelligence, supported by separate ethical guidelines. QWL measurements and their analyses will be carried out on a company-specific basis in the project.
